JAReferee is the platform a referee program runs on. The referee gets their whole day on one screen. The venue gets a board that flags what needs a person. The program gets a coaching loop that lands the same night, and numbers it never had. These are real screens, live every weekend in Colorado.
Built on real Saturdays with the Colorado Soccer Association referee program.
Every screen below is the product as it runs, shown with sample data. Swipe through a game day the way the people on the grass see it.

This is the order it happens, and who sees what.
Games synced from the assigning platform overnight. Countdown, field, crew, the rules for that league, and a map to the venue. In Spanish if that is what they chose.
No QR hunt, no clipboard. The name turns green on the board. Not checked in turns gold 30 minutes before kickoff and red at 15.
The referee taps Running late and a time. The coordinator acknowledges from the board, and the gap stays under Needs attention until it is covered.
The coach's phone shows every game at the venue. One note per referee, written in the moment, reviewed by the program before release.
On the referee's phone, on their card, in their language. The program sees it was read. Next weekend's coach builds on it.
Most programs lose a referee before anyone notices they were drifting. The whole platform is aimed at one moment: a first-year referee gets a thoughtful note from a coach in October, feels seen, and signs up again in March.
Screens and figures on this page use sample data.
Colorado was the first. The next state starts from everything it taught us.
Export your referees from the US Soccer Learning Center. Names, licenses, clearances and contacts load into a database under your own account. Minors are handled under your protection rules from day one.
Connect your assigning platform. Games sync automatically, every group, weeks ahead. Referee names are matched to people once and remembered.
Coordinators, coaches and reviewers get their unlocks. Pick one venue for the first Saturday. By Sunday night you have your first coverage numbers.
Thirty minutes on a call. Bring a weekend's schedule and we will show you what the board and the referee's phone would have looked like.
What it costs is a conversation, not a rate card. States pick the tools they want; tournaments pay by the event; coaches by the seat. Your data stays yours, in a database under your account.
